What training clothes and equipment do I need?
You need loose comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt, sweatshirt, jogging trousers and trainers. You don't need any training equipment to start but we recommend getting a pair of gloves and focus pads or if you have the space a good punch/kick bag. Your training covers everything you need to know on how to train with equipment.
